True. Valve amplifiers introduce even order distortion, which, to
some ears, sounds pleasant.<br>
Transistors amplifier, on the contrary, have the nasty habit to have
distortion levels below 0.01%<br>
(if correctly designed).... their sound is too similar to the
original to be perceived as "digital"... <span class="moz-smiley-s1"><span>:-)</span></span><br>
