I'd imagine frequency agility, pulsing, maneuvering and throwing
little gizmos out the window would go a long way in avoiding
robot predators. <br>
The ERP is probably high, but pulse very short. I would think
it would leave a little colored ball on the waterfall display,
though I am speculating. <br>
If the Government (ours of course) gave me minimum wage and per
diem expenses I of course would drive the car down to Norfolk

I hadn't known of the move to UHF to thwart
stealth technology. The frequencies mentioned in
