        <font size="+2">The issue is who controls a public space.  We as
          hams have been given some valuable spectrum, which we manage
          quite well and we do so hopefully for the public good.<br>
          The internet with net neutrality is a public space, I think
          the term is "a commons".<br>
          <br>
          So the interest in this issue for Hams is uniting with others
          to preserve the concept of the commons. </font><br>
