I’m writing you today to inform you that the Vienna Wireless Society

is hosting its 44th annual Winterfest! event on March 29th. We are
</div>
<div>
planning for 60+ vendors, plus a huge tailgating area at our venue.
</div>
<div>
We are also hosing the Northern Virginia Auxiliary Communications
</div>
<div>
(AUXCOMM) Conference, and we are also conducting a VE testing session.
</div>
<div>
It is our hope that you can find time in at your Club meetings, in
</div>
<div>
your monthly newsletters, and as appropriate on your web site to
</div>
<div>
announce our hamfest.
</div>

Suggested talking points are:

What: Winterfest! 2020: The National Capital Area Ham Radio Fair

and AUXCOMM Conference
</div>

When: Sunday, March 29, 2020, 6 am – 1 pm

- Tailgating opens @ 6 am
</div>

- Indoor Vendor sales opens @ 8am
</div>

- AUXCOMM Conference starts @ 9 am
</div>

- VEC testing: 11 am- 12:30 pm.

How much: $10 – admission tickets purchased at the door on the

Also, we would appreciate that you mention that a limited number of

vendor tables are available if your Club, or your members wish to
</div>
<div>
participate in Winterfest! 2020. Tables cost $25 each. Reservations
</div>
<div>
completed and paid prior to February 1, 2020 will be eligible for a
</div>
<div>
discounted rate of $20 per table. In addition, each vendor staff
</div>
<div>
member will need a vendor pass, priced at $10. Please contact us at

Finally, we hope to meet you at the Hamcommunity.com inter-club
