<p class="MsoNormal">I heard from Bill Scholtz W3HXF’s wife Judith today that Bill became a silent key on February 12^th after a series of hospitalizations.

<p class="MsoNormal"><u></u> <u></u></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">He was a past President of GARC, a frequent contributor to our Thursday night nets and aided in the construction and testing of the early OSCAR satellites.

<p class="MsoNormal">Sorry for the sparse biographical info, but his QRZ page was removed.  Perhaps other members can provide more details.<u></u><u></u></p>
