<p>If your machine is clean, I suspect you can use it for anything
at any time -- maybe not at the same time though.</p>
<p>I do feel a bit uneasy about your goal, however. For security
reasons I only do social media on devices dedicated to that -- the
reason being that I can isolate any related security issues to
that device and freely re-kick it if anything bad happens there.</p>
