OK to send e-mail?

In most cases I grant blanket approval to send mail to wa6vfc@amrad.org
after completion of a simple form.  Please complete the following form:

1.  Who are you?

2.  Why do you want to send mail to wa6vfc@amrad.org?

3.  How often will you send mail to wa6vfc@amrad.org?

There is also an activity fee of $50 a year for sending mail to this
address.
