Thursday AMRAD Meeting

Gang,

Thursday evening, I will present a talk on "Amendments to Part 97," a
comprehensive, if not comprehensible (maybe reprehensible), review of
recent proposals. ARRL and FCC are proposing changes to the licensing
structure. Spread spectrum rules are expected to change real soon now.
Also, we'll talk about where we are with respect to getting an LF allocation.

The meeting will be at the Dolley Madison Branch Library, McLean, VA
starting at 7:30 PM on August 13. The usual dress code will apply.
