May I suggest that we first digest the results of nags Head #1.  It could be
that the noise is infernal, or some other such problem, and that we decide
that the next reception test could be in Maryland, for instance.

It could also be that by then we will have received our AMRAD Part 5
license  (although I am not holding my breath), and that we may want to try
our hand at transmitting instead of receiving...
