TVRO receiver needed (borrow or buy)

Does anyone have a spare TVRO receiver they are not using.  I bought a small 1 meter Ku system last weekend at Baltimore.  Unfortunately the receiver was DOA and I doubt that I can  track down the vendor.

It does not have to be fancy.  My goal is to pick up some of the analog feeds, especially Deutsche Welle TV.  

A temporary borrow or outright purchase will do.
