This is to remind you of the regular monthly AMRAD meeting this Thursday,
April 8 at 7:30 PM. Our guest speaker will be Dr. Donald Messer of the
International Broadcast Bureau <italic>(IBB), </italic>who will speak on
Digital Radio Mondiale. DRM is the group working on global standards for
digital sound broadcasting. IBB is the group of US Government
broadcasters including Voice of America, RFE, Radio Marti, etc.
