Hamvention

The 1999 Dayton Hamvention is being held May 14, 15, 16, 1999.  As has been
the tradition in past years, Skip Pratt (N2FOE) is planning to host an
informal cookout at his QTH west of the Dayton airport.  All AMRAD members,
and their friends are welcome to attend this traditional event Friday
evening, May 14.

Plans are, as in the past, to gather at Skip's place about 4:30 on and plan
to start eating about 5:30.  This is very informal (no white linens and
silver) and has proved to be an enjoyable event for all, rain or shine.  If
you plan to attend please send an E-Mail to Skip at:
fpratt@dayton.adroit.com so that the food and refreshments can be planned
accordingly.

miles west of the Dayton airport, north of I-70.  Home phone is 937

For talk in, use the Vandalia 2 meter repeater 146.775 -,  which can be
easily received at the picnic site or the AMRAD repeater frequency 147.210
simplex.
