A new tax on e-mail ?

Interesting point in the original message, but completely out of touch
with reality.  Congress and the administration are trying to push bills
(and have passed them in the past) that prohibit collection of taxes on
any internet activity, including sales tax, much to the chagrin of the
various states.  You might also read today's Washington Post.
