Wallops will launch one of their ionospheric experiments tonight, Friday 
July 2 starting at 9:38 pm local.  Some confusion on times but I believe 
that to be EDT.  Listen for European LF broadcast between then and about 
11:00 PM EDT when the cloud should have dispersed.

This cloud should be in the "mesosphere" which is below the traditional 
ionosphere.  I have some, but not much indication that the mesosphere 
may be involved in LF sky wave propagation.  Here is a chance to get a 
piece of data.
