Tacoistas,

I can't get a definitive answer on whether the rockets will launch 
tonigh, July 2.  Launch is dependent on clear skys and it sure does look 
like clouds around Wallops.  However at Wallops it looks like it may be 
clear at launch time.  Tracy Wood heard on WTOP that the launch had been 
delayed for another day.  Given the current weather pattern it seems 
reasonable.  On the other hand the web site and telephone recording does 
not mention the scrub.  Oh well, what's an amateur scientest to do?
