Information on Spread Spectrum

Gentleman,

Do you offer anything for new hams learn and follow on building a spread
spectrum rig?  

I hear allot about it and when I bring it up to other operators in the
area it doesn't get any real interest here.

Could you offer any insight into this new area.  Wanted to ask so I
don't waste time or money bothering anyone that doesn't want to or can't
help me learn about this area and educate myself more about the hobby.
