Winter SWL Festival Forum Schedule Update

Yes, I am aware of the event. I am leading the TVRO forum and managing the break/snack room.

There are no specific talks on LF this year but still a fun time is had by all.. We clearly need to expand this event by one more day.   2.5 days is not enough.
