Extreme Programming, or XP, is a lightweight software development

useful for small teams who need to develop high-quality software quickly
in an environment of changing requirements. XP was developed by Kent
Beck, who wrote the original book on the subject, "Extreme Programming
Explained". Mr. Shah's talk with serve as an interactive introduction to
XP, its philosophy, and its tenets. Comparisons with existing
methodologies, along with benefits and detriments, will be presented
throughout the discussion.
