Hi Guys!!  Love your site and look forward to working vlf someday. But no=
w I came
across something new to me. Do any of you know of any experimenting done =
on FM
broadcast band low power (one watt or so) so the range would be severely =
limited to
half mile or mile? Also capture effect would help keep interference down.=
 Any talk of
experimental permits here, or "broadcast endorsement" to our ham license?=
 I have been
reading about the first amendment protesters and illegal operation. I'm n=
ot interested
in that but see a great oppertunity for community service and emergency p=
assing of
information, reading services for the blind, city council, school board, =
training, etc if
it were done correctly.  Any information or pointing me in the direction =
of someone
