Tippy's Taco House is at 8632 Lee Highway in Fairfax, VA  22031.
Mapquest provides correct map info.

Starting at the hotel, go west on King until you get to S. Henry
street.  Turn south (left).  This will become US 1.  Take US 1 south
to 95 South.  This is the Inner Loop of the Beltway - stay on it as it
becomes 495 North (don't get off at 395 or 95).  Continue till you get
to the exit for US 50 west.  Immediately leave 50 West and turn right
on Gallows Rd.  About five long blocks later, turn left on US 29 (Taco
Bell on the corner).  About a mile and a half down on your right it
Tippy's.  12:30 or so is the Right Time.  147.21-, no PL (does it
currently work at Tippy's?)
