SDR - GNU Radio

So, at 33 minutes into the Real Audio presentation
Eric Blossom states that a goal of GNU Radio is to
support Amateur Radio. What he's looking for is
someone to provide hardware for which GNU Radio is
the software. Such hardware would essentially be a
transverter between instrumentation ADC/DAC and a
licensed slice of spectrum.

So... Anyone got an interest in putting up an
amateur television repeater that does the
ATSC Digital Television Standard?
