November 13 meeting at HEMARC

Gang,

The Board of Directors has decided to accept an invitation from The
Historical Electronics Museum Amateur Radio Club to hold a joint meeting
with them at their site near BWI the evening of November 13. 

So, we will not meet at the Dolley Madison Branch Library that evening.

André or Frank will post the time, directions and any other details, I hope.
