Gang,

The November 13 joint AMRAD-HEMARC meeting was cancelled because of a power
outage at the museum. As fate would have it, power was restored after most
people left and some were able to see the museum.

We have rescheduled the joint meeting for the evening of January 8, 2004 at
the same location near BWI airport. Please mark your calendars. 

The AMRAD Annual Meeting will be held as scheduled on December 11 at the
Dolley Madison Branch Library in McLean. This will be an opportunity for
Directors and Officers to report, and for general discussions about what
AMRAD has been and plans for the next year. An important part of the
meeting is election of Directors and Alternates. Nominations will be open
until they are closed at the Annual Meeting. Meanwhile, please make any
nominations to Secretary Bill Hansell at <william.hansell at ieee.org>.
