Yesterday's "Telecommunications Reports Daily" says LecStar Telecom, a CLEC in the BellSouth Corp. area, has made a deal with an unnamed power company to test BPL with 30 or so customers through the end of the year. The test will include VOIP over power lines for about six customers. Anybody have further knowledge of where this test will be run? 73, Dick W3HWN
