he said  " The NSA, CIA, FBI, etc. sniffers slow it up...." 

I assumed he were joking
The mass of the projectile indicated to me it wouldnt have much Kill
power
I thought it should have come out in April

Nice steer there Bob.

Whilst making claims of its revolutionary concept, I believe some years 
ago a young and ambitious chap named David slew a much larger and more 
ugly chap named Goliath using a sling using centrifugal force to 
accelerate the projectile towards its victim..  Nice to see the weapon 
concept David, and many others, used updated with modern technology.

A tip of the AMRAD hat to Bob and The Old Testament for a thoughtful
idea.
