You'll need a DVB-S receiver and a small dish (a surplus Direct TV will 
do just fine).  There are cards that plug into your PC's PCI bus or USB 
versions.  I've seen them on eBay for anything between $50 and $100

When I worked for a DVB-S equipment manufacturer we used to have the 
Iraqi channel on periodically.  It was fun to see the usually lugubrious 
announcers suddenly animate themselves when anything displaying the U.S. 
flag came up...
