I read your correspondance with Marcus PY3CRX.  I need a manual for the Efratom FRS. I am seriously considering purchasing the oscillator on eBay and I need technical info pretty quickly to help me in my decision.  I am building a freq standard to permit me to check out  equip for the MARS program since we must go NTIA standards complient soon.  Can you please help me by sending me a copy electronically attached to email as you did for Marcus?
