RADIO LAW:  BPL NOW RESPONSIBILITY OF ENFORCEMENT BUREAU AT FCC

CQ Magazine says it has learned that responsibility 
for acting on interference complaints regarding Broadband over Power
Lines 
has been transferred from the FCC's Office of Engineering and Technology
to 
>the Commission's Enforcement Bureau. 

It will soon be obsolete anyhoo

I dont know if they are doing it in your area ,, they arent doing it in
York County YET
but 20 miles north in Dolphin county and the PA capital at Harrisburg
Verizon is running fiber to the house. I understand that they will allow
you to rent the BW
and chose whoever you want to use,,,TV cable rates drop in half etc etc.
Course VERIZON
will be priced as first choice
so who needs BPL
