September meeting

With the hf discussions a few of us are having  and in order
to refresh our memory I have asked
Gene Harrison, designer of ALE,  to be the guest speaker
at our September meeting.   Gene will go over
the design of ALE and review the current range of uses.
Also, a bit of discussion on the infrequently implemented
and little used upper layers of ALE. He says, my design
principle behind ALE is simple:  reality beats theory
every time"
