Sorry to post this to the list, but I got a bounce on Andre's email addr.

Andre,

I am fairly sure that I have the manual and maybe the service manual.  I 
have all the FT-series 207, 208,209.   All of mind need repair as I kept 
swapping them out with my Dad as they broke over the years.  If you are 
not in a great hurry I will try to find it....it is probably in 
storage.  Let me know if no one has one locally.
