TACSAT launch from Wallops Island.

The launch of a Minotaur rocket from Wallops island carrying TACSAT and
GENESAT into orbit is scheduled for some time between 7am and 10:30am SATURDAY
16th December

I'm going to head out there, leaving this area at 3am and I'm going to carpool
with W4ART, and his collection of scanners and transceivers.

At the risk of waking anyone who sleeps with their HT under their pillow,
we'll be putting out calls on various repeaters during our journey, to see if
anyone else is enroute. 

We'll be checking the Wallops Launch Statusline (757 824 2050) before we
leave, in case of last-minute hiccups.
