Seems that the Megatherium Club (a group of hangers-on surrounding the
Smithsonian around the time of the Civil War) would have probably been
a good group to hang out with.  Perhaps we can get sponsorship for a
sack race in the Great Hall as a tribute to their memory - this year
is the 160th anniversary of their formation.
