AMRAD-ers and Taco-istas,

I need input on a spectrum analyzer.  The one that the boss has in mind
is on the web at

Specifically the "SPECTRAN® HF-2025E Rev. 3"

What I need to know is he wasting his money?

The application is to determine if WiFi is available at a customer
location for wireless high speed internet in the rural area that live
in in northern NY state.
