EDN Prying Eyes Series

EDN magazine is running a series of articles under the Prying Eyes 
series where the author dismantles things to examine how they are made. 
  They just did the iPhone at:

The internals are interesting but of course, I would like to know more.

EDN is a very good magazine for engineers.  They offer a digital version 
for those who have a broadband connection along with a printed version. 
They seem liberal in accepting new subscriptions.
