Keith,

Sandy is out of town for a few days and I am not sure how much he will 
have his email available so I am replying for him.

The AMRAD repeater is an open repeater and we support its use in an 
emergency either as a primary, backup or just as an alternate.  Please 
feel free to include it in your plans and in Saturday's SET.  Besides, 
we like to encourage it being put to good use.
