    Since I do not use PhotoShop I am not sure whether or not it will 
run under  Linux/FreeBSD.  That is to say, run under Wine.  It appears 
though that it does according the the Wine web site.  Of course YMMV.  I 
personally use the GIMP.  I know that there are many application 
initially based on GIMP that work on still images to video.  Hopefully
