 Society to Offer Free Access to Signal-Processing Materials
The IEEE Signal Processing Society is partnering with Connexions, which 
produces Web-based educational materials, to develop a free online 
repository on signal processing. This collaboration is among the first to 
promote the IEEE's new public-access-friendly policy. For more
