IRLP on W4CIA

Good morning,

I have a question regarding the W4CIA repeater's IRLP interface. I 
connected to your node (4721 
<http://status.irlp.net/IRLPnodedetail.php?nodeid=4721>) from W4RAT 
(4424 <http://status.irlp.net/IRLPnodedetail.php?nodeid=4424>) in 
Richmond. The link successfully activated, however the other ham I was 
trying to reach said she was unable to hear me at all at your end, even 
though she could successfully reach the repeater. The AMRAD site for 
W4CIA has not been updated in going on 4 years, and I couldn't find any 
more info than what's on the IRLP status site. I am wondering if the 
node is fully working. If so, what are the usage procedures on your end?
