BPL gets even more serious competition in Manassas

If all you want is something "a little faster than dialup", then
you're in a vanishingly small demographic that can (and will) be
safely ignored by the marketing department.

Entry-level 5m/2m FiOS is $42.99/month, which admittedly is over 4x
what $9.95/month Earthlink dialup costs, but in absolute terms is dirt
cheap for what you're getting.
