Spectrum Analyzer

This analyzer looks like a very good design. The (probably) most critical
part is the RF filter, an Aussie ham is putting together a limited run of
parts kits or assembled units.

The second issue is that the unit is designed to be controlled from a
computer via parallel port - something that is going away. Some builders
are working on modifying the analyzer to use the David Brainerd HSUSB (FX2)
USB board as the controller.

For those working on HF, or even VHF, this analyzer is a great add to the
bench. Another add is the N2PK network analyzer - although it also has the
parallel port controller issue. Again, David's HSUSB baord is coming to the
rescue.
