Electronic Bird Repellant ?

To keep birds from nesting in airplanes, we often use owl replicas stuck on a propeller tip, and they do work, but you have to keep moving them or the birds figure out they're fake. I have seen one recently with a head that spins when the wind blows, which makes some noise and animates them a little. I think they have them at Southern States and Merrifield Garden Center.
