Mobile DTV on the cheap

Two things, Bob:

The first is, I'm not stupid.  Also, it is not hard for me to get to  
the antenna.

The second is, for DTV, noise figure isn't the big issue, it is the  
fact that most of the receivers are deaf as a stone.
