what's not clear is whether it's used to start a turbine,
or whether it is itself a turbine. i'd guess it's the former
because it doesn't look like is has anywhere near enough
thermal treatment for even a small turbine. but ya never know...
ground-start carts are usually internal combustion engines
spinning generators. the parameters listed sure sound like
ground-start supplies. interesting question is "how long can
it really source 300 amps"? i suspect that is not a continuous
load rating.
