couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch of guys.  the best i can tell
is that they (hbgary) are specialists in bilking the government out of
money, and not much else.  they are to internet security what bpl is
to internet last mile delivery - people who know the nitty gritty
details realize it's all just a bunch of bullshit.  the investors and
the grant folks?  not so much.
