Too strange

Detroit is pretty far North and this fine fellow was under dressed for 
temperatures of 30 to 40 degrees by day and potentially going into the 
20s at night.  I am curious as to what the medical examiner finds.

Maybe he was a jumper but froze to death while contemplating that first 
step down.
