Audrey,
You asked : How to get to Tacos ?

You mentioned that you remembered coming from I-66.
  Hence:
- take the Nutley Street exit towards the PanAM shopping center where 
Microcenter is located)
- take a LEFT ( = go East) on route 29. Stay on 29 until you reach a 
traffic light at Cedar Lane.
- stay on Rt 29, and just after the intersection of 29 and Cedar Lane , 
you will see a small strip-mall on your left.  There is a florist, and a 
shop selling banners flags, stickers etc.
Tippy Tacos is one of these shops.
