LightSquared again

  LightSquared has been airing radio ads in the DC radio market ( for 
those outside the DC area we get all sorts of ads for things like 
fighters, tankers and other weapons systems aimed at staffers on 
Capital Hill ) for the last couple of weeks, promising jobs by the 
thousands and digital Nirvana for the great unwashed. This is telling 
me that they are feeling push back on their GPS jamming plans. The
