The Fairfax Batteries Plus are good folks. I don't think their pricing is as competitive as what one can find on the net.I've researching UPS replacements, and while the work is comparatively easy to do, you really have to dig on the net to find some that wind up costing appreciably less than what a new pack from APC would cost, for example, at least in the case of my RS 1500s. 

I am curious as to what Batteries+' mark-up is for rebuilding UPS packs though, as that's one of those instances where convenience might be worth it.
