You may be interested in the full page LightSquared ad in this week’s Barrons (p39). 
They accuse GPS of “squatting on our spectrum” And, they encourage readers to “learn more at www.LightSquared.com/gpsfacts “ 

Is there a pattern here? You may recall the March or April Space News that featured a LightSquared article on the front page. A CEO said forcefully that LightSquared would cause no interference to GPS. (this was shortly before RTCA indicated egregious interference to L1).
