The offer might be free but the speed will probably be limited by the
quantity of commercials and salesmen who will hound the free users to death.
Oh yes, if you want to get rid of the BS then you will need to purchase the
Gold or Silver Service.  
 
Yep,  They will come up with some way of makiing revenue on the High Speed
Internet.
 
And I agree ... They are brilliant when it comes to using the poor dumb
idiots who will flood the streets of Washington in front of the FCC offices
protesting how they are being screwed by the 1%ers that will not let them
have free internet.
